Congratulations to Carlos Quaderi on his appointment as Head of Asia Pacific (APAC) at Zoom Communications, effective 1 August 2026.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, Carlos steps into this expanded role at a pivotal time as businesses across the region accelerate the adoption of AI-powered workplace solutions. He will lead Zoom’s go-to-market strategy across Australia and New Zealand, Asia, India, and Korea (excluding Japan), while driving growth across the customer experience (CX) business, the SMB segment, and the partner ecosystem.
Having previously served as Head of Asia, Carlos played a key role in strengthening Zoom’s presence across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan. His proven ability to build high-performing teams, expand enterprise growth, and execute successful regional strategies has established him as a respected leader in the APAC technology landscape.
Before joining Zoom, Carlos held senior leadership positions at Workday, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft, where he successfully led enterprise growth and go-to-market initiatives across Asia Pacific and Japan.
In his new position, Carlos will work closely with regional and global leadership teams to accelerate business growth, deepen customer engagement, and help organizations unlock the full potential of Zoom’s AI-powered collaboration platform.
