With more than two decades of experience across talent management, organizational transformation, workforce strategy, HR operations, employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management, Poly brings a wealth of expertise to one of India’s fastest-growing renewable energy companies.
Prior to joining Adani Green Energy, she served as Head of Human Resources at Mumbai International Airport Limited, where she played a key role in driving HR transformation, strengthening organizational capability, and advancing people practices. Her impressive career also includes leadership positions at VFS Global and Vodafone India, where she successfully led strategic HR initiatives across diverse industries.
In her new role, Poly will spearhead Adani Green Energy’s people strategy, focusing on building leadership capability, nurturing talent, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning human capital initiatives with the company’s ambitious growth and sustainability goals.
As Adani Green Energy continues to expand its renewable energy footprint—having surpassed 20 GW of operational renewable energy capacity and targeting 50 GW by 2030—her expertise in workforce planning and organizational transformation will play a pivotal role in supporting this remarkable journey.
