Congratulations to Rohit Dangi on being appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at IGP.
A seasoned finance leader and Chartered Accountant with over 16 years of experience, Rohit will lead IGP’s overall finance function, overseeing financial strategy, planning, treasury, controllership, taxation, investor relations, fundraising, corporate development, and corporate governance as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Prior to joining IGP, Rohit held senior finance leadership roles at Import Express Private Limited and O1 India Private Limited. Earlier in his career, he built extensive expertise at PwC, EY, and KPMG, advising organizations on financial strategy, fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, and governance.
