Congratulations to Snigdha Singh on her appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Tata Digital, effective 1 July 2026.
This significant milestone reflects her exceptional leadership journey and extensive experience in building high-performing organizations across some of India’s leading companies. As a member of Tata Digital’s Executive Leadership Team, Snigdha will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy, driving talent transformation, strengthening organizational culture, and enabling workforce excellence as Tata Digital accelerates its ambitions in digital commerce and financial services.
Prior to this role, Snigdha served as Vice President – Human Resources at Tata Consumer Products, where she led organization effectiveness, culture, employee relations, and CSR initiatives. Her impressive career also includes key HR leadership positions at OYO, where she managed global rewards, mobility, and international HR operations across multiple geographies, including India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Latin America, and Southeast Asia.
Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at Cipla and began her professional journey with Procter & Gamble, while also gaining valuable experience through assignments with Tata Motors, Godrej Industries, ABN AMRO, and HPCL.
An alumna of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Snigdha brings a strong academic foundation along with deep expertise across consumer goods, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and digital businesses.
Her appointment also marks her as one of the youngest C-suite leaders within Tata Group’s digital business, underscoring her remarkable achievements and leadership capabilities.
