With over 16 years of experience across employee relations, industrial relations, HR compliance, workforce management, and people operations, Ruchita brings deep expertise and a proven track record of building strong, people-centric workplaces. Prior to joining YES BANK, she held key HR leadership roles at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, Mahindra Finance, Bisleri International, Reliance Retail, and NSD Global Trade, where she contributed significantly to employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
In her new role, she will lead employee relations and HR compliance initiatives across the bank’s western region, supporting workplace governance, employee engagement, regulatory excellence, and YES BANK’s people-first culture.
